A simple website takes about two weeks, and a website with a database behind it about three. Advanced web applications take three to four weeks, mobile apps one to three months, and custom CRM or ERP systems two to four months, depending on complexity. We confirm the exact timeline after the requirements session and agree it in writing before any work begins.

Every project is priced to its scope: the modules, features and complexity involved. The price is fixed before work starts, and there's no minimum budget. You pay in three stages: 30% to begin, 40% when development is complete and signed off, and 30% at deployment and handover.

Yes. We can arrange hosting and include it in your quote, with HTTPS set up from day one. The hosting itself comes from a third-party provider on its own terms. If you already have hosting, we'll deploy to it at no extra charge.

Not by default, and we tell you that before you sign. You get the deployed, working product, set up and live, along with your accounts, your data and a user guide. We keep the source code, which is how we can maintain, fix and extend it quickly. If you need the code itself, raise it during scoping and we'll discuss it as part of the quote.

Every project comes with a user guide for day-to-day use. Most sites are delivered as a fast, secure build without a self-editing dashboard, so we handle content changes for you, either under a monthly maintenance plan or quoted individually. If you'd like to manage content yourself, we can build in a CMS dashboard. Mention it during scoping so it's part of the quote.

The first 30 days after launch are included. We fix any bugs in our work and answer support requests within 48 hours. After that, a monthly maintenance plan covers bug fixes and minor updates, and bigger work like new features is quoted separately.

Yes. If your current site looks dated, loads slowly or isn't bringing in enquiries, we can rebuild it as a modern, responsive, search-friendly site and keep the parts that already work. We'll review your existing site first and recommend the best way forward.

Yes. Digital marketing and SEO is one of our seven services. Every site we build comes with a clean, search-friendly structure and basic on-page SEO, and we offer deeper, ongoing SEO and digital marketing if you want to grow organic traffic over time.
